Three delightful villas, each with a private swimming pool, situated directly on the coast in one of the most sought after locations in Corralejo. They share spectacular sea-views and are only 40 yards from the nearest beach and less than a mile from the resort centre.
The houses are built on four levels. The front door opens onto an entrance hall and there is also a toilet with a hand washbasin here. There are three sets of steps from the hallway. A few steps lead down to the dining gallery and kitchen, a set of seven steps lead to the lounge while a further set of seven steps lead to the first floor bedroom.
The dining gallery, with a glass-topped table and six chairs, overlooks the lounge below. The kitchen adjoins the dining area and is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave cooker, 4 6 fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
The spacious and attractive lounge is equipped with a three seater- and a two-seater settee, satellite TV, DVD player and CD/mini-system. There is also a further dining table and four chairs. One wall of the lounge consists of patio doors, which open onto the swimming pool terrace.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a wall safe, and a balcony with magnificent sea-views. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and twin hand washbasins.
A set of seven steps leads to the next landing with two further bedrooms and a bathroom. There are fitted wardrobes on the landing, which are shared by the two bedrooms. One bedroom has twin beds. The smaller one has a single bed and an additional bed can be provided in this room, without charge, and can be used to accommodate one child, aged 12 years or under. The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and hand washbasin.
Outside, the swimming pool terrace is completely enclosed by walls. A gate in the back wall gives access to the coastal path and the sea. The swimming pool is 6.5 metres (21 4) by 3.5 metres (11 6). The pool is electrically heated from the beginning of October to the end of June for which there is an additional charge. There are also four sunloungers, two sun umbrellas, a table and four chairs and a clothes drier.
In our opinion, the design of this house makes it unsuitable for toddlers (up to age 3 years) and the infirm.
