This newly built, semi-detached house has a heated swimming pool and panoramic sea-views. The situation of Casa Kalan, on the mountainside overlooking the resort, makes car hire desirable although not essential (15-20 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, 30-35 minutes to the beach).
The spacious lounge and dining area are open-plan. The lounge has a five-seater, corner settee and is equipped with a CD/cassette/radio/mini-system, satellite TV, video player and DVD player (good supply of DVDs).
The kitchen has a four-ring ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor fan, 5 fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster. An iron and ironing board are also provided. One bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and the other has twin beds and a wardrobe. A wall safe is also provided.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet, bidet and hand washbasin.
There is an extensive rooftop sunbathing terrace with sunloungers and there are more sunloungers on the swimming pool terrace. The private swimming pool is approximately 9 metres (29 6) by 4.0 metres (13 0) with a depth of 1.4 metres (4 7). Electric pool heating allows guests to enjoy a swim at any time of year and is available without charge. A barbecue is also available for the use of guests.
