Sunseeker Holidays collect information volunteered by enquirers and clients in order to deal with enquiries and process bookings.

Some of this information (including names, addresses, telephone numbers, the advertising source by which clients became aware of us as well as details of previous bookings) are stored on our computer system. We also store the e-mail addresses of persons who have contacted us by e-mail or who have subscribed to our e-newsletter. All information stored on our computer system is kept strictly confidential and security measures are in place to ensure that our data is not accessible by any unauthorised persons.

Other information (including the names and sometimes the ages of passengers and credit card payment details) are kept in paper files. Paper files are only accessible to our own staff and are securely destroyed three months after clients return from their holidays (unless they have to be retained because there are matters that remain to be dealt with).

At no time will any of this information be given, sold or traded to any third party. However, it may be used for the purpose of marketing our own products.

We use statistical information in relation to visitors to our website. This includes numbers of visitors, their geographic location and the most popular web pages requested. Such information is statistical in nature and relates to broad categories of users. It does not contain specific information about individual visitors.

We also use third party companies to promote our own website, including search engines. These companies may collect statistical information of a general nature in order to provide us with information relating to the effectiveness of our advertising with them.

If instructed to do so by a court order or in compliance with any law, personal information will be made available to law enforcement personnel. At no other time will any information about any client be divulged to any third party without the enquirers or clients express permission.
